What'cha been playing?! Not a Whole Heck of a Lot Edition

Whew! Between the short week, the Lost season finale, and plain ol' being tired, I put very little time into gaming this time around. I did, however, listen to a variety of videogame podcasts! Apparently a big Microsoft event happened recently and one lucky podcaster attended a talk by designer Peter Molyneux on Fable 2. The talk must have been pretty good, because the excitement ended up rubbing off on me! With Fable 2 a ways off from playable, the only thing I can do was turn to next best thing:

Fable: The Lost Chapters(Xbox) -- So how well does Fable stand the test of time? Pretty well! The visuals are top notch, and the story progresses pretty well. . .my only complaint is that the tutorial section of the game is a little too long. Thankfully I'm past that and beginning to enjoy some quests. Overall the experience is sound, and if you haven't played it, it's well worth picking it up. . .especially since a used copy costs around $6 used at your local Gamestop.

Fable plays well on the Xbox 360 as well. There is some slight sound glitching, but it's not something that detracts from the game. GET IT! This game is recommended.
